Click on Forgot Password? Link in the Sign In/Log In box.
Enter your PikTalk user email address associated with your PikTalk membership and click 'Reset Password'.
A link will be emailed to you to reset the password.
Click on the link from the email to go to the ‘Reset Password’ page.
Add the new password.
Your password will automatically reset.

The photo is a JPEG or PNG or GIF file type.
The photo should be less than 5MB in size.
Some browsers have problems with high resolution photos.
Try using a different browser. Sometimes photo uploads work better on different browsers.
If you are still having problems contact our support staff for help.

Passwords are case sensitive - make sure your caps lock is turned off
Make sure your browser or browser toolbar is not 'auto inserting' a saved password (especially if you have reset your password)
If you are still having problems reset your password (you can change it afterwards) by clicking on Forgot Password? Link in the Sign In/Log In box.

If a member is online the online icon [ ] will appear wherever their profile overview appears (such as search results). You can see all members that are online on the ‘Who's talking ? ‘ panel in the home page also if that member is your friend he will appear in the online friends panel in the chat bar and also in the my online talkers page.

Yes, you can invite individual friends by adding their email on the 'invite friends' page or you can check your address book and choose which of your friends to invite.
You can check your Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail, AOL address books. PikTalk will soon be adding additional services.

If you've had a change of heart about a PikTalk member, here's how you can Block this person from your friends list:

When on Your friend’s profile page in the communicate with panel click on block friend.
When of friendlist page or on all my talkers page click on block friend under his pane.

If you have friend requests, you will only see them at PikTalk myspace page with the message, please accept or deny the ones shown.
You can also click on the link sent to you by mail to accept or deny the friendship request.

When you register, the information you provide is used to create a basic profile. Further you can update your profile from "Edit My Profile" page.
If you are concerned about privacy and who can see your PikTalk profile and details, you have control over these settings on the PikTalk "Privacy Settings" page.
You can limit anyone to a minimum access to your profile details where the person will be able to see only your name, age ,sex, location, profile photo, mood massage, and your "about me" section.

Any where you like, from your mail box you can import friends e-mail ids & sent them invitation to join PikTalk. You can make a choice & invite some one from PikTalk itself. Like that, if you meet some one of your liking on the street, in some cafe or with some other friends circle & exchanged your mobile phone no with him or her & their e-mail id/s. Just send them an invitation to join with you in PikTalk & your friend circle. You can also have a unique option to make a choice from the zodiac sign (Pik Astro) & invite those who make a match with your sign predictions. Also in your profile > Invite Friends>you'll find "General Contacts", "Yahoo Contacts", "Gmail Contacts", "hotmail Contacts" & "Aol Contacts"; from that section you just have to type down his or her username & send the invitation.

No. It is internal in nature. You can only mail to somebody in your friend list & to those only when they are offline. When they are online, you just don't need to use this feature. Pik Chat is your option then. But when your friend is offline & can not reach by any means & you have something to share, use this opportunity; your sent massage can be seen to your friend's mail box in PikTalk & when that person comes online it will automatically shown in his or her profile page.

Yes, of course. Just watch "Who's talking?" feature. If any body of your knowing is online it will show automatically. You can start the chat & if the other person is willing then the process will roll on.

You can access News from almost any part of the world. Just select down the region you want to get News of & news feed of that region will automatically appear on your News section. If you want National / Indian News, just Select Region: India & Indian news feed will appear.

Do you have an account in Youtube.com? If not, then create an account there first. If yes, then sign in the youtube.com & upload your video there. Come back to your video section in PikTalk & search with Youtube user name. A link will appear "add to your favourite" & just click on that link. The video of your choice will add automatically.
